I find it soooo hard to buy presents for my brother! He is just so picky! Can anyone help me?? He's in his mid-late 20's, i'm looking to spend around $100 - $250 and he doesn't want vouchers, food, clothes or money! And in the past years I usually buy clothes or games.

You are very generous with the amount you want to spend. I can tell you I'm in that mid 20's to mid 30's age range and love receiving 'experience gifts' more than things. An afternoon together that may include a fun activity + a beer (gravity canyon, daytona type of thing). It will be something he remembers way more than a thing. My 2 cents.
I wonder if you have ever tried to buy for your husband/boyfriend a teardrop cock ring? I'm sure he will enjoy it and the good thing is that you have something to gain from that too:) so in my opinion this is the best present you can actually make to him.
