If you had enough money, to support your lifestyle, what would you do with your time?

I'd create stuff.  Websites that people love and use, businesses (create them for fun, rather than because I need the money) and creative, cool stuff with my kids like make a hydro powered pump that sucks water from our stream and fills troughs for animals.
