The cut heard ’round the world: Kate Winslet debuted this new high-end punk/bombshell look on the cover of British Vogue, April 2011 edition.  Kate has kissed her long, golden (and sometimes red) locks goodbye in favor of this platinum-blonde pixie that is smooth and sleek in the front, but can definitely get wild in the back!  Her fair, flawless skin adds to the ivory imagery, while her defined jawline and strong, dark brows throw in some ‘edge.’  Personally, I would love to see some sheer plum lip color in the mix…
