I am interested to know does anyone think the effect of HAARP activities has any influence on the New Zealand people ?

What I have discovered ( And still investigating ) is a sudden emotional/mental variation on People in a same time in a same day. I have discussed this openly with many people without mentioning anything about HAARP. Many freely explained the unusual feeling they have had for a certain period of time and it was gone.

Few blamed the "weather" for their mood, Which as the matter of the fact is related to this subject.

HAARP is known to be used to control/alter weather conditions throughout the world to enable more rain, prevent stroms and related factors in different regions of the world. As you might know many experimental phases did take place in Asia Pacific region.

Even some people believe the massive Electricity outage in Auckland in last year was result of such an experiement.
