I found Deepak Chopra's "The Soul Of Leadership" course very useful in clarifying this for me. To write one's "Soul Profile" is about recording who you "are" and your "future potential to your enterprise", as distinct from a CV, which is a record of what you have done and records only past achievements.   If you are interested in purpose, then think about the following questions:

What is my life Purpose?

What is the contribution I want to make?

How do I feel when I am in my flow?

What are my unique qualities or talents?

What are the qualities that are best expressed in my personal relationships?

Write the names of the 3-4 people you consider to be your heroes.

What qualities do you look for in a good friend?
