An expression commonly used to emphasis that stuff has happened in the past and our lives have moved on is "It's water under the bridge". Some of the stuff that's happened that disinclined me to continue writing on this site is all the junk advertising that is now appearing on the wall. For a first-time visitor this is an unwelcome and off-putting experience and I have stopped referring people to this site as their blogmobile.
The good thing is that my personal wall is still intact and I have continued send several people to investigate my recipes.

For a while I will leave them here and only once my recipe book for protein-types has been taken to print will these entries will be removed. These and additional recipes will then only be available from the book, which will be in hard copy as well as in ebook format.
Watch this space and I will let you know when the book will be available and from where.
